How do I get my ring?

  1. Your order can be collected in Parklands (Cape Town)
  2. Major Cities: Delivery period is 1-2 business days.
  3. Outlying Areas: Delivery period is 2-4 business days.
Our courier cost is R149 (Door to door). You can request a refund if after 30 days you have not received your parcel, however by requesting the refund you undertake to post the items back to us when they do arrive at your own cost. It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! Silicone Rings Online cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is the delivery address, so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
