- Due to the fact that we cannot specify a delivery time, it is best if you can specify an address where the package can be signed for any time of the day.
It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! Silicone Rings Online cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied.
What you enter at checkout is the delivery address, so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
Exchanges & Refunds
- It is important to us that you are satisfied with your ring.
- We’ll always do our best to take care of all our customers.
- Our exchange policy is 7 days from the date you receive the ring (marked as “Delivered” on your tracking number in our system)
- Unfortunately after 7 days we cannot offer an exchange.
You can return any goods purchased for exchange (e.g. changing for a different size). Kindly go to our EXCHANGE REQUEST page to initiate the exchange process.

You can request a refund if after 30 days you have not received your parcel, however by requesting the refund you undertake to post the items back to us when they do arrive at your own cost.
You are not eligible for a full refund once you have received the rings.
We want you to love your Silicone Ring. So if the size does not fit, we are here to help you.
We charge a R150 size replacement fee to cover the courier costs of getting your new ring to you.
