- Our courier cost is R149 (Door to door).
- Collection in Milnerton/Parklands (Cape Town)
- Processing Period: 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Period: 2-4 business days.
NOTE: Rural areas will take longer, cities and well connected towns will be faster
- Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday (08h00 to 17h00)
- Due to the fact that we cannot specify a delivery time, it is best if you can specify an address where the package can be signed for any time of the day.
It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! Silicone Rings Online cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied.
What you enter at checkout is the delivery address, so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
Exchanges & Refunds
- It is important to us that you are satisfied with your ring.
- We’ll always do our best to take care of all our customers.
- Our exchange policy is 7 days from the date you receive the ring (marked as “Delivered” on your tracking number in our system)
- Unfortunately after 7 days we cannot offer an exchange.
You can return any goods purchased for exchange (e.g. changing for a different size). Kindly go to our EXCHANGE REQUEST page to initiate the exchange process.

- You will be able to exchange your rings in person in Parklands (Cape Town).
- Please contact us on 063-943-2456 if you have any questions on how to exchange your ring.
You can request a refund if after 30 days you have not received your parcel, however by requesting the refund you undertake to post the items back to us when they do arrive at your own cost.
You are not eligible for a full refund once you have received the rings.
We want you to love your Silicone Ring. So if the size does not fit, we are here to help you.
We charge a R150 size replacement fee to cover the courier costs of getting your new ring to you.
To start the size replacement process please contact Alison on 0630943-2456 and quote your order number as a reference.

- Exchanges can be made for size changes only and not style changes.
- If the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, we cannot offer an exchange.
- Courier cost for exchange is for the clients account, unless we have sent the incorrect size.
- For returns you can arrange your own courier or exchange it directly from our office.
